Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and staff in our residential aged care home.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, as part of a collaborative team, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and reviewing and updating care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Aged care experience, with a passion for delivering quality services to the local community
  • First aid and CPR certificate, and a valid driver's license or reliable transport
