We are seeking a strong leader to manage our Family Health and Development services team, providing appropriate service delivery in accordance with community and individual requirements, contracts, and agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement responsive and effective Family Health and Development Services, with specific responsibility for Maternal and Child Health Services, Immunisation program, Best Start program, and Early Years participation.
- Manage the Family Health and Development services team to provide high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, work practices, procedures, and processes involved with planning, developing, and providing services to the target group.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience relevant to Family Health and Development.
- Qualifications and/or extensive experience in financial and staff management.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering contemporary practice and maintaining quality standards in a Family Health and Development environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of children and families of various backgrounds across the municipality.
