Job Title: Hose Assembly Team Leader

This role oversees the hose assembly operation, ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Guide the hose assembly crew to achieve production goals.
  • Plan and Assign Tasks: Organize duties for technicians to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the assembly process to meet quality standards.
  • Solve Problems: Resolve issues on the assembly line promptly.
  • Develop Skills: Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Expectations: Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Safety First: Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Progress Updates: Provide regular updates on production performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hose assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of hose assembly processes, tools, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Basic Excel Skills Required.
