About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the NMS leadership team to drive growth and development of the engineering team
  • Contribute to the resourcing and execution of current contracts and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain engineering capacity cleared for campaigns and programs
  • Implement skills development and career progression initiatives for early-career engineers and technical staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in software or electrical engineering discipline (RPEQ &/or CPEng desirable)
  • Familiarity with software engineering management processes
  • Familiarity with project management and cost account management processes
