About the Role
  • You will work closely with clients to provide culturally safe and meaningful case management services
  • Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs to help clients achieve their goals
  • Build strong connections with clients and their families through effective communication and relationship building
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate case notes to inform treatment planning

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
  • Has experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings
  • Demonstrates strong communication and cultural awareness skills
  • Is a female-identifying candidate who is passionate about working with Aboriginal women
  • Hold a valid Driver's licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check
