Early Childhood Educator Trainee

Your Role
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs in line with National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support the growth and continuous improvement of the centre team
  • Participate in reflective practice and contribute to ongoing quality improvement

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school within the last 7 years. This includes certificates obtained through school-based training.
