We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Aluminium Fabricators.

The Role

This is a dynamic position that involves working in a close-knit environment to manufacture high-quality aluminium boats. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding aluminium boat building (MIG), meeting production targets, and performing various tasks related to new vessel construction, commercial vessel refit, and repair. They will also operate power tools and workshop equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Competent in welding aluminium from 3mm to 12mm sheets
  • Capable of reading & understanding drawings
  • Trade qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
  • Working knowledge of tools used in the trade
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable to learn new things & work well in a team
