Senior Community Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Coordinator, responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle activities and programs that promote the social, psychological, recreational, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and implement lifestyle activities and programs that meet the needs and preferences of residents.
- Conduct resident assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's needs and preferences.
- Plan and implement innovative events and lifestyle activities that involve residents, their families, and the wider community.
- Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the lifestyle team.
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
- Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents.
- Competitive hourly pay rate.
