About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Strategist to join our Corporate Performance unit at Kinetic IT.

This role will drive the company's inorganic growth objectives by leading target identification, opportunity assessment, business case creation, due diligence, integration planning, negotiation, and transaction execution.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our M&A strategy. You will engage with cross-functional teams and advisors involved in the M&A process, monitor industry trends and competitor performance to generate actionable insights, and develop compelling business cases.

You will also be responsible for effectively communicating with and managing relationships with senior management and the board.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in the development of an organisation's inorganic growth strategy
  • A strong track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions
  • The ability to engage, manage & coordinate cross-functional teams and advisors involved in the M&A process
  • Skilled in monitoring industry trends and competitor performance to generate actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills and ability to develop compelling business cases
