About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Charlestown, NSW. As a clinical support officer, you will provide essential administrative support to our medical practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, managing patient inquiries and bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining patient records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using medical practice management software and other relevant computer applications
