Safe Hoist Operations Specialist

Operate a material/personnel hoist safely and efficiently in various client sites across Victoria. The role requires effective communication on radio with colleagues, loading/unloading materials from the hoist, collecting/emptying bins from different floors, and assisting tradespeople on/off the hoist.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Safely operate a material/personnel hoist
  2. Communicate effectively via radio with colleagues
  3. Load and unload materials from the hoist
  4. Collect and empty bins from various floors
  5. Assist tradespeople on and off the hoist

In addition to operating the hoist, you will be responsible for bin emptying and using a forklift as required. Having additional tickets for other roles may lead to ongoing work opportunities.

You must hold a White Card, HP Licence, and have the ability to obtain relevant certifications. Key skills include teamwork, time management, adaptability, problem-solving, safety awareness, physical stamina, and basic mechanical knowledge.
