Job Opportunity

The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining solution blueprints to meet complex business needs, taking into account the technical and commercial implications of the solution.

The role requires covering all aspects of solution design, including setting context, outlining components, implementation and information perspectives, and ensuring that security and resilience are appropriate.

You will work closely with business and technical staff to ensure that the solution takes all requirements into account and is well understood by the relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guide technical and project teams towards architecturally sound decision making.
  • Pursue an agile mindset and collaborative approach in delivering organisational outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, establishing and nurturing networks by valuing individual differences and diversity.
  • Respond proactively to feedback and be willing to develop and apply new skills while adapting to changing demands.
  • Engage professionally with risk and challenge the status quo to facilitate achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Align technical decisions with broader business strategies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with solution architecture and/or experience in the design & delivery of complex systems in a large-scale environment.
  • Able to explain or translate complex findings to a range of business and technical stakeholders.
  • Able to develop concise detailed system, data, user, interaction diagrams and associated documentation.
  • A demonstrable passion for learning and a dedication to working collaboratively.
