We're seeking an Insurance and Underwriting Officer to join our Member Insurance and Claims team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the accurate and timely completion of member requests within Service Delivery.
You'll engage internal and external customers as required and be responsible for effective management of member interactions. This role is responsible for the monitoring of insurance application requirements and the provisioning of quality underwriting through compliance with the Insurer guidelines and standards.

We're looking for a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. You'll need to be able to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. You'll also need to have a high level of numeracy and be confident working with figures.
