We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in increasing performance, contributing to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and maintaining stock levels. Additionally, they will assist with the training and development of the team, ensuring the health and safety of all employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by serving customers, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the training and development of the team.
- E nsure the health and safety of all employees and customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing shifts in a retail environment.
- A passion for delivering customer service excellence.
