We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Seasonal Experience Ambassadors, providing exceptional customer experiences for visitors across Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our brand, creating magical moments for families and ensuring every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories. Your role will involve:
  • Welcome and engage with visitors, sharing the joy and magic of the season.
  • Help capture special Santa photos that families will cherish forever.
  • Ensure a fun and stress-free experience for all, from start to finish.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an exceptional holiday experience.
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top-quality, a lasting keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience.
