Key Responsibilities

The primary objectives of this position include:

  • To provide expert advice and foster collaborative relationships across the business, acting as a liaison for clear and user-friendly information between finance and operations.
  • To coordinate end-to-end bank reconciliation and sundry billing functions, delivering high-quality, efficient, and accurate information and support to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • To offer support as required to the Financial Accounting and Financial Partnering teams.

This role is crucial in shaping the future of our services and supporting our community. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and prepare and deliver finance information to varied audiences in a professional manner.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a Certificate in Business or Accounting, and/or minimum three years' experience in finance and/or administration. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, plan, and organize their work to achieve business objectives, demonstrate time management skills, and possess high-level computer competency using a range of business applications.
