Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention rates
  • Lead and manage the retail store team to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and quality targets

  • Drive business objectives through proactive means, including new store technologies and services
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams. You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
