Job Title: Senior Support Associate

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Support Associate to provide high-level administrative support to our business owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the business owner's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the business owner.
  4. Coordinate and support business projects, including regulatory compliance, staff training, and marketing initiatives.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  7. Organize events, meetings, and professional development sessions for the childcare team.
  8. Support the implementation of business strategies and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a small business or childcare/education sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
