Business Manager F&I

**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to join our team. As part of the Truck & Bus Finance team, you will be responsible for providing tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Previous experience in the automotive or heavy truck finance industry is preferred, but not required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in securing finance for Volvo, Mack & UD vehicles
- Present tailored finance options and close applications in line with compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams across multiple branches
- Maintain accurate records and report weekly finance and insurance results
**Requirements:**
- Accreditation to sell insurance (NCCP, FSRA, Privacy)
- Police Check (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the General Insurance Code of Practice, Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorism legislation
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
