Store Team Member Opportunity

At our retail stores, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including:

  • Operating company vehicles around the store and local area to collect trolleys from outdoor collection points and return them to indoor trolley bays;
  • Cleaning floors throughout the shop, as well as in our team rooms, toilets and offices; and
  • Using various types of equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and buff floors.

This role requires the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, and involves working independently with minimal supervision.

About You and Your Skills
  • A full unrestricted Australian drivers' license is essential for this role, and you will be required to undergo a driver's license history check if successful;
  • Commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace is also required;
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, along with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic, are highly desirable skills for this position;
  • Additionally, the ability to work on your own and follow instructions is essential for success in this role.

No prior experience is necessary for this position as comprehensive training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery and safety equipment.
