We are seeking dedicated support workers to provide personal care and companionship to residents in aged care settings.

As a support worker, you will work with healthcare professionals who value collaboration and empathy.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that respects the dignity, independence, and preferences of each resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, companionship, and support to residents
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care
  • Respect the dignity, independence, and preferences of each resident
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (advantageous)
  • Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current)
  • Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Desirable Attributes
  • Empathetic and patient with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care environments
