We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Mackay.

- Provide exceptional support to dentists and clinical staff during dental procedures, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, using electronic systems to enhance communication and efficiency.
- Preset treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures, adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols to safeguard patients and staff.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Support the smooth operation of the front office, managing administrative tasks and ensuring a positive experience for patients.
