We are seeking a lawyer with 4+ years' post-admission experience to join our team as a part-time Compliance and Investment Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to operate at a high level while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance.
This role involves working closely with senior leadership and external legal advisors on various tasks, including:
- Fund and deal execution support
- Compliance management under the Australian financial services regulatory environment
- Trustee entity setup and ongoing management
- Drafting and reviewing investment agreements, NDAs, fund documentation, and other legal contracts
- Compliance committee involvement and portfolio company support
- Oversight of policy updates and external-facing documentation.
You will also gain exposure to investment committee discussions and contribute to broader strategic outcomes across the business.
About YouWe're looking for a lawyer with 4+ years' post-admission experience, a solid understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment, and experience in funds management, wholesale fund structures, or general corporate/commercial advisory.
