Business Operations Lead

We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to champion supplier adoption and drive organisational benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key link between suppliers and projects, leveraging your extensive business operations experience to expedite the implementation of category strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise supplier adoption and organisational benefits
  • Collaborate with suppliers and project teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Champion enhanced value creation through clear communication, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach
  • Drive change and engagement by influencing stakeholders and promoting a culture of collaboration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations at a Contract or Project Director level
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into action
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical individual with understanding of financial principles relating to procurement, supply chain, and contracts
