About The RoleAs a Legal Assistant in our Commercial Litigation team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and their team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Partner's diary and schedule appointments
- Oversee the management of files, including opening, closing, and archiving
- Prepare documents for various Courts and Tribunal hearings
- Provide dictaphone typing services
- Liaise with clients and coordinate meetings
- Process end-of-month billing and expenses
- Draft general correspondence
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Commercial Litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible team attitude
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
