About This Role

Our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice helps clients achieve their growth ambitions by providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, debt and capital raisings, and financial modeling. As a key member of our Sydney team, you will build trust and guide clients through a crucial time in their business' journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to clients on acquisitions, divestments, private equity transactions, and strategic capital raisings
  • Prepare financial models and valuation materials
  • Manage the transaction process from initial client discussions to completion

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualification(s) and/or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business/Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum of three years' mergers and acquisitions experience gained in a professional services environment
  • Commercial acumen including strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
