We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Heavy Equipment Service Specialist to join our team at Kennards Hire. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment hire services, and we require someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct customers on safe equipment usage and perform demonstrations as needed
  • Drive and deliver equipment from customer sites, ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures
  • Maintain high standards of customer service through all interactions
  • Ensure equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs
  • Clean branch facilities and perform equipment maintenance tasks as required
  • Conduct thorough equipment inspections for check-in and check-out purposes
About You:
  • A valid driver's license and physical fitness level are essential
  • Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and meet physically demanding job requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn new skills
  • An interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided
