About the Job

The Swim School Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the swim school, including program delivery, team management, customer service, and financial management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality swim lessons for all age groups and skill levels.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of swim instructors to ensure consistency in teaching quality and a positive learning environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the swim school's finances, track key performance indicators, and report results to management.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community; providing exceptional customer service.

You'll be an integral part of our team at City Venue Management. We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:

  • Proven experience in swim school management (ideally with diverse age groups).
