About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical requirements, including clients' reviews, skill mix and competencies for Support Workers. You will work closely with clients, families/whanau and other primary health providers to develop individual service plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have a current annual practicing certificate with the relevant regulatory body and a current Driver's licence (Full Licence Class 1).

This role requires a high level of commitment to and understanding of the Organisation's Health and Safety Management System. You will be working within an award-winning team that values Aroha (Compassion), Manaakitanga (Holistic Care), Mana (Dignity) and Whanaungatanga (Authentic Relationships).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical requirements, including clients' reviews, skill mix and competencies for Support Workers
  • Work closely with clients, families/whanau and other primary health providers to develop individual service plans
  • Maintain key relationships with stakeholders; Clients, families/whanau and relevant agencies
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to and understanding of the Organisation's Health and Safety Management System
Requirements
  • Registered Health Professional (Such as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist)
  • Current annual practicing certificate with the relevant regulatory body
  • Current Drivers licence (Full Licence Class 1)
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of NZD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
