Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Pastry Craftsman to join our team at a venue located in the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

This is a full-time role that requires strong culinary skills and experience working with various types of dough and pastry fillings.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, mix, cut, and shape dough for baking purposes
  • Develop and prepare sweet and savoury pastry and dough fillings
  • Roll out pastry and create a variety of baked goods
  • Maintain consistency in appearance and quality of items
  • Work effectively independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of on-the-job training experience
