Sante Recruitment on behalf of Sante by Ramberg Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Melbourne VIC.

The successful candidate will provide psychiatric services to the Adult Rehabilitation stream and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program, working in partnership with the Manager/Team Leader to ensure the highest standard of services are provided to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychiatric services to the Adult Rehabilitation stream and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program
  • Work in partnership with the Manager/Team Leader to ensure the highest standard of services are provided
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Contribute to research and education initiatives to improve mental health outcomes
Requirements:
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent postgraduate specialist qualification
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
