Grampians Health is actively seeking a Rotational Pharmacist - Cancer Care Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality pharmacy services on a rotational basis, including the chance to participate in advanced scope of practice programs. While experience in oncology pharmacy services is desirable, it is not a requirement; we are happy to train the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive pharmacy services (including assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation) on a rotational basis
  • Mentoring and clinically supervising pharmacy students, interns, foundation residents and other Grampians Health staff
  • Developing and delivering pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • General registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
  • Prior experience in hospital pharmacy, although not essential
