With a professional and innovative approach, they have delivered some of SA's most challenging local and state government infrastructure projects. Their project capabilities span across a range of sectors including civil and infrastructure, structural concrete and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure improvements, and environmental enhancements.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their implementation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Requirements

You will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully completing various civil construction projects. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering will be an advantage, along with a demonstrated capacity to thrive in dynamic environments. It is preferable that you hold hands-on experience working on a diverse range of civil projects and your strong communication skills are vital as the role entails collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
