About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Human Centred Design expert to join our product design team at Iress. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting user research, developing user journeys, and creating engaging designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and conduct user research and testing sessions to gain a deep understanding of our clients' needs.
  • Develop current and future state customer journey maps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create user flows and UX/UI designs that are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Develop service design blueprints and Jobs to be done frameworks to inform design decisions.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to identify user engagement opportunities.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and solution design to ensure designs meet business needs.
  • Mentor junior designers and researchers to help them grow in their roles.
  • Manage work and dependencies with other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
What We're Looking For
  • Specialist expertise in Human Centred Design framework and approaches to problem solving.
  • Quantitative and qualitative research skills to inform design decisions.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Dovetail.
  • Strong experience in leading teams and working collaboratively.
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
  • Proven experience in using standard research and design tools and software.
