Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned compensation and benefits expert to lead our rewards strategy, developing and administering programs/plans that align employee pay levels with external and internal value of jobs, as well as employees' performance in line with business needs and local legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer rewards programs/plans, job analysis, evaluation, and market benchmarking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and executive-level stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams and manage budgets, forecasting, and HRIS systems.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of labor legislations, awards, taxation, superannuation, shares schemes, and other relevant payroll areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum six years' experience in a similar role, with exposure to complex HR processes and team leadership.
  • Strong business understanding, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
