The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our Licenced Brands team based at our Richmond Support Office, reporting directly to the Head of Planning. This position requires a driven and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for allocating the appropriate stock to our Retail & Online Stores in line with delivery targets and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Merchandise Planning manager to develop and refine Retail Store stock grids/profiles
  2. Create and maintain store option planners & SOH capacity models
  3. Manage replenishment of core and seasonal lines to ensure in-stock targets are met
  4. Maintain the right product mix, analyzing and reacting to store trends and overall performance
  5. Monitor gaps and make recommendations for action
  6. Communicate with stores on key brand/product issues, such as removing and adding styles or changing in-store dates
  7. Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate and report on stock deliveries
  8. Work directly with the stores and store teams to understand and assist in the management of their inventory requirements, providing necessary support to assist them deliver their objectives
  9. Support the Merchandise Planning Manager and key stakeholders in recurring and ad-hoc analysis, reporting and accurately entering information into the system and Brand support admin requirements
  10. Send out allocation update communications to Retail Store teams as appropriate
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as an Allocator in the footwear/apparel industry or relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Problem-solving ability to gather all key information and then use logic and creativity to propose solutions
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume retailer
  • Capacity to build strong working relationships throughout the brand and work effectively with all levels
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team as well as autonomously
  • AP21 experience preferred but not essential (other considerations include SAP etc.)
