Job Title: Legal Executive Assistant

This is a permanent full-time position in our Administrative Support Team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary and Email Management: Manage diaries and emails for team members, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Document Production and Amendments: Produce and amend documents as required, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaising with Clients and Stakeholders: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships, maintain client databases, and update key contact information.
  • Client Billing and Reporting: Process monthly client billing and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with general financial hygiene, including timesheet entries, debt collections, voucher requests, and client monies.
  • File Management and Travel Arrangements: Manage files, both electronic and physical, and arrange travel and meeting coordination.
  • Credit Control and Reconciliation: Reconcile corporate expenses and perform other general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Administrative Support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Prioritization and Organisation: Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Service Standards: Demonstrated commitment to delivering high internal and external service standards.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Proactive approach and high levels of initiative, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
