Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, confidential, and professional administrative support to the two Executive Directors. This includes:
- Coordinating meetings and schedules
- Preparing correspondence and reports
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Providing exceptional customer service
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
