The Executive Assistant provides dedicated administrative support to the Executive Directors of Northeast Health Wangaratta, facilitating efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including novated leasing and full salary packaging benefits. The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, confidential, and professional administrative support to the two Executive Directors. This includes:

  • Coordinating meetings and schedules
  • Preparing correspondence and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
