We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the development and implementation of our mental health and wellbeing framework. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver primary prevention and early intervention programs that support student success and minimise risk.

You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering comprehensive services that cater to diverse student needs. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a positive team dynamic and promoting a student-focused service culture.
">Key Responsibilities">- Lead the delivery of a university-wide mental health and wellbeing framework
- Develop and implement annual primary prevention and early intervention programs
- Oversight of case management, support, and intervention for students with complex needs
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency
- Current registration with a professional organisation such as AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, or ACA
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team
- Substantial experience working with complex cases
