You will embark on your journey as an FDM Consultant, gaining hands-on coaching in our Skills Lab. Here, you'll develop the skills needed for career success, alongside expert guidance and peer support.

Your Career Path

Select from career tracks in Software Engineering, Change and Transformation, Data and Analytics, IT Operations, or Risk and Regulation.

About You

  • You must hold a university degree (bachelor or higher).
  • You must be able to commit to our full 2.5-year graduate program.
  • You must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident).
  • You may need to relocate for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne.

We operate a hybrid arrangement, with consultants attending the office for client assignments, offering 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
