We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our senior leadership team in a full-time and permanent capacity based at our Melbourne CBD head office.

This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of Health, Safety and Sustainability (HSS) programs across our large-scale renewable energy, utilities and infrastructure projects and maintenance contracts in Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding sustainability and community engagement initiatives into all areas of the business.

Other key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Leading Beon's HSS strategy and culture across complex, high-risk projects
  • Driving a proactive safety culture through expert advice and guidance
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice in HSE performance and risk management
  • Providing leadership and assisting project teams in development and maintenance of positive relationships with community, local First People and organisations, Government, Industry and clients
