Job Description

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions to a wide range of projects. You will manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff.

  • Manage and deliver civil engineering projects with high technical standards.
  • Supervise and support drafters and designers in maintaining quality and efficiency in design outputs.
  • Lead the design team in producing accurate and compliant documentation using engineering software.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in civil engineering and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Professional Engineering registration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in interpretation and application of relevant legislation, standards and guidelines.
