About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to construct, install, and maintain electricity distribution networks in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting technical drawings and network line diagrams to inform construction and maintenance activities.
  • Undertaking the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems, and HSE procedures.
  • Responding to emergency situations on high and low-voltage distribution assets.
About You

The successful applicant will possess a strong technical knowledge and experience working on overhead and underground line networks.

They will also have exposure to external best practice methods in a comparable environment.

  • Hold a current VIC Electrical Licence and Cert III in line worker.
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable).
  • White/Blue card.
  • Ability to travel within the state, including overnight or longer stays as required, and work outdoors in various types of weather.
