Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation and mobility assistance
  • Assist clients with complex needs and medical requirements including manual handling and use of aids
  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments through positive relationships with clients and families
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with individuals who require high levels of support
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and flexibility to work varied shifts
