Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team at people2people. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Quality Control/Stock Replenishment: Monitor and maintain high-quality stock levels, ensuring that all products are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Putaway: Effectively manage the receipt and storage of incoming stock, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored in their designated areas.
  • Palletising: Safely and efficiently palletize stock, ensuring that all products are securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Picking/Packing: Utilize an RF Scanner to accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring that all products are correctly labeled and packaged.
  • Adhoc Tasks: Perform various adhoc tasks associated with warehouse work, as required.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
  • Experience: Prior experience working within a warehouse environment is essential.
  • Skills: High focus on quality, accuracy, and productivity, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work Monday-Friday (full working rights).
  • Documentation: Must be able to provide proof of Covid Vaccination.
