Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role
  • You will have conversations with customers via various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online, and assist them with their banking needs and inquiries.
  • You will explore new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our clients' situations.
  • You will use various technologies, systems, and digital platforms to provide efficient and effective service.
  • You will handle cash, balance, and administrative duties as required.
  • You will work closely with your team and manager to achieve goals and objectives.
  • You will maintain a high level of operational adherence in line with company standards and policies.
About You
  • You should have experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality industries.
  • You should have cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail.
  • You should have a learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry.
  • You should have an aptitude for technology and proficiency in MS Office programs/apps.
  • You should possess honesty and integrity and take pride in following procedures and policy in a regulated financial environment.
  • You should have a flexible approach in the workplace, able to take initiative, prioritize work, and problem-solve to complete daily work requirements.
  • You should have a genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers, and work with and support a team.
  • You should be willing to travel within the region as required for training or staff relief.
