Senior Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our retail operations in Orange, NSW.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven leadership expertise, with the ability to motivate and empower their team.
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, although not essential, as we value attitude over experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a team of up to 20 members.
- Maintaining store appearance, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaising with stock allocators to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the store.
- Preparation and monitoring of store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Leadership and Team Management.
- Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising.
- Stock Allocation and Inventory Management.
- Reporting and Compliance.
