About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at one of our CBD-based clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and emergency response, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logging
Rostered Hours
The successful candidate will work a 12-hour rotational roster, with 4 weeks of days and 4 weeks of nights.

Requirements
- Current Security License
- Control Room License (highly regarded)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
