Job Overview:

  • Reporting to our Food and Beverage General Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from greeting to farewell.
  • You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless service, anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, wine lists, and other beverages to provide informed recommendations and expert knowledge.
  • Maintain high levels of service, responding promptly and politely to all requests, and ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.

About You:

  • We're looking for a hard-working individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in fine dining environments, preferably with knowledge of restaurant and hotel operations.
  • A valid RSA or willingness to obtain one prior to starting is essential.
  • Flexibility within your availability is crucial, as you'll need to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional service are must-haves.
