Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Planning And Scheduling Manager.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Planning And Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that schedules are accurate, defensible, and meet strategic objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and maintaining a planning and scheduling framework that aligns with program goals, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Leading and developing a team of schedulers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving adherence to scheduling standards and processes across projects.
  • Providing expert guidance on scheduling, Earned Value Management, and program controls to ensure schedules are accurate, defensible, and meet strategic objectives.
  • Communicating schedule performance, risks, and changes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitoring and reporting on schedule performance, conducting variance analysis, and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of Earned Value Management and program controls.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of schedulers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex scheduling issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
